Exchange Service – General Terms and Conditions

Dollcini customers are offered the option to request an exchange if the ordered product does not meet expectations. The exchange service is not a mandatory statutory element, but a voluntary service provided by Dollcini that can be used under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility and deadline

The exchange service can be used under the following conditions:

  • the customer notifies their exchange request within within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • the product:
    • used as intended not used
    • not damaged, not missing any parts
    • clean, odor- and stain-free
    • is in its original condition
  • all accessories and packaging of the product are complete

Dollcini reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the above conditions are not met.

By using the exchange service, the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal for the given product.

2. Exclusions

The exchange service cannot be used in the following cases:

  • custom-made or custom-modified products
  • hygienic products
  • products whose condition does not allow for resale

3. Processing the exchange

  • The exchange is processed exclusively with GLS courier service történik
  • Other couriers or personal returns cannot be chosen
  • During the exchange the courier:
    • delivers the replacement product
    • simultaneously collects the original product

The exchange can only be initiated after prior arrangement.

4. Exchange service fee

  • The exchange service fee: 3 000 Ft
  • The fee is borne by the customer
  • Payment method: cash on delivery, upon receipt of the exchange package

The fee covers the full logistics cost of the exchange (delivery + return transport).

5. Handling price differences

  • For exchanges to a more expensive product
    → The customer is obliged to pay the price difference between the products upon receipt of the COD exchange package.
  • For exchanges to a cheaper product
    → The price difference will be deducted from the exchange service fee.
    → No monetary refund is provided as part of the exchange service.
    Any price difference may only be used to offset the logistical costs of the exchange service.

📌 No cash or bank refund is provided in connection with the exchange.

6. Other conditions

  • The exchange service does not constitute a withdrawal
  • Only product exchange is provided instead of a refund
  • The exchange service can be used once per order vehető igénybe
