⏱ Delivery time:
Orders placed by 10:00 AM are processed the same day and delivered on the next business day.
For MPL, delivery may take 1–2 business days longer.

⚠ Important:
When using a locker (parcel machine), it is mandatory to provide a valid email address, as the pickup code will be sent via email.
Large or heavy parcels are not suitable for locker delivery – these can only be delivered to your home address.

A valid email address is essential for locker delivery, as the opening code will be sent via email.
Oversized or parcels over 4 kg cannot be delivered to lockers, only to home addresses.
International cash on delivery is only available where the courier service provides this option.
Delivery times may vary by country, but our goal is always: delivery within 1–5 business days.
