About Us

Dollcini Hungary Kft. is a dynamically growing e-commerce business selling women's bags and lifestyle products across multiple online platforms, such as Shopify, eMAG, Pepita, and Allegro.

We are looking for a new team member who wants to gain real experience in the world of online commerce and grow together with an expanding brand in the long term.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing customer emails and inquiries in Hungarian
• Processing and tracking orders in Shopify
• Liaising with logistics partners
• Uploading and managing products on various online platforms
• Handling basic administrative and daily operational tasks
• Managing customer service issues and supporting the resolution of complaints

Requirements

• High-level Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic or intermediate English language skills for internal communication
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, administrative tasks)
• Accurate, reliable, and independent work
• Willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in Budapest or nearby

Advantage

• Experience using Shopify, eMAG, Pepita, Allegro, or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience in online sales or customer service
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce
