Returns and Withdrawal Request

We’re sorry if the product you ordered did not meet your expectations. On this page, you can submit your return or withdrawal request, and find the most important information about returns.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Within 14 days of receiving the product, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, provided you purchased as a consumer. Your intention to withdraw must be indicated to us by a clear statement, for example by email or by submitting the return request on the site.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business entities or companies.

2. Returning the Product

After sending the withdrawal statement, the product must be returned to us without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days.

In the case of a general withdrawal without giving a reason, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Please make sure to include the following details in the package:

• order number,
• name,
• email address or phone number,
• name of the returned product,
• for cash on delivery payments, bank account number and account holder's name.

We cannot accept returned parcels sent cash on delivery.

Personal drop-off is only possible by prior arrangement. The location operates primarily as a warehouse and shipping point, not as a traditional store.

4. Damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent product

If you received a damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrectly sent product, please do not automatically send the parcel back. First, write to us at info@dollcini.hu email address, attach a photo of the problem, and provide your order number.

In such cases, we will agree on the most appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

5. Refund

We will initiate the refund within the statutory deadline, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until the customer has provided credible proof that the product has been returned.

In the case of card payment, the refund is usually made through the original payment method. For cash on delivery payments, a bank account number and the account holder's name are required for the refund.

In the case of a full withdrawal, the purchase price of the product and the basic shipping fee will be refunded. If the customer chose a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us, the additional cost arising from this will not be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the purchase price of the returned product or products will be refunded.
